The Seneca Series Pendant is an exploration of modern glass blowing, blending together traditional techniques with a newly discovered borosilicate glass palettes. Rods of colored glass are stacked between two pieces of clear glass tubing. The pieces are then melted from one side to the other, creating a cohesive colored glass tube. A master glassblower then creates a colored glass chamber inside of a larger piece of clear tubing. An LED bulb illuminates the colored glass, providing a one-of-a-kind, candle-like glow.
